Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Lead project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and profitability.
- Develop and maintain project schedules alongside Superintendents and project teams.
- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, design teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions.
- Provide regular project updates to leadership and clients.
- Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.
