About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging MMA classes tailored to various skill levels and fitness goals.
- Provide personalized coaching and training plans for individual clients.
- Monitor and assess clients' progress, adjusting training methods as necessary.
- Ensure a safe and positive training environment for all members.
- Promote and sell UFC Gym memberships and personal training packages.
- Stay updated on MMA techniques and fitness trends to enhance training programs.
- Build strong relationships with members to foster a supportive community.
- Participate in gym events and activities to promote member engagement.
Requirements:
- Certified MMA instructor or equivalent coaching experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all backgrounds.
- Experience in personal training and fitness assessments.
- Knowledge of nutrition and wellness principles is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
