JOB SUMMARY:
Perform manual assembly of burritos/taquitos on a conveyor line. Ensures quality of food meets company standards. May perform other production tasks and rotates into other activities as needed.

· Roll burritos/taquitos or various products as they move along the conveyor line.
· Remove, rework or discard product found to be out of specification.
· Place burritos/taquitos or various products in the appropriate position for the conveyor line to accept the food further processing such as transfer and freezing process.
· Be able to throw tortillas at company standards.
· Perform work with consistent production and pace rate.
· Inspect products for foreign objects and quality defects.
· Regular and dependable attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position.
· Perform in a fast-paced environment, maintain production and quality requirements.
· Maintain knowledge, understanding and adherence to safety policies, USDA, GMPs, QA,
HACCP, Sanitation rules and regulations, and RUIZ FOODS company policies.
· Perform all other duties as assigned.
Pay: $19.00 - $19.25 per hour
