University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional home care services to our clients in Ann Arbor, MI. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their own homes.
- Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Help with mobility and transfers as needed
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and organizing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor clients’ health condition and report any changes to supervisors or medical professionals
- Adhere to care plans and follow company policies and procedures
- Previous caregiving or related experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting or assisting with mobility
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient demeanor
- Must pass background check
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Competitive pay rate of $14.00 - $19.00 per hour, paid twice a month
