Sales & Support
Handling retail sales floor front lines in assisting customers in selecting the right products for their needs. Becoming a friendly representative for the I DJ NOW store and brand.
- Achieving Sales Goals established
- Working with Management on merchandising displays
- Developing new ideas for displays and selling areas
- Assisting with In Retail Sales Store Events
- Training on the latest equipment and technology available
- Maintaining Sales areas assuring proper pricing, filling shelves to ensure displays always appear organized, full and professional.
- Assuring display merchandise on retail sales floor is clean, and functional, ready for demonstrations.
- Other daily maintenance to assure store is shown in best light.
Required Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Friendly Personality willing to help people
- Prior sales experience; preferably Retail Sales Experience (minimum 1 year)
- Knowledge of Stage, DJ and/or Pro Audio; Recording equipment
- Able to work well with a team
- Understand and demonstrate superior customer service
- Organizational skills
- Bi-Lingual Spanish, a plus
