Carolina Behavioral Innovations is a locally owned company providing clinic-based and community-based ABA services across South Carolina. Founded in 2017 with a personal mission rooted in autism care, we support children and families through in-home, school, daycare, and clinic-based therapy.
We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Director BCBA to lead our Anderson, SC clinic. This is a unique opportunity to guide a growing team and deliver high-quality clinical services in one of South Carolina’s most vibrant coastal communities.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support a team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs in Anderson
- Ensure quality and consistency across ABA service delivery and treatment plans
- Oversee and guide clinical assessments including FBA, VB-MAPP, AFLS, and more
- Manage caseload distribution and team productivity
- Provide mentorship and promote clinical growth
- Collaborate with intake, admin, and scheduling teams
- Promote ethical, evidence-based, and family-centered care
- Support clinic growth and community engagement
What You’ll Need
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field
- Three to five years of ABA experience with leadership responsibilities
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- A passion for teamwork, integrity, and innovation
