Responsibilities:
- Assist with various construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate hand and power tools under the supervision of a skilled worker
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Load and unload materials from trucks and assist with inventory management
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects on time and within budget
Skills:
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools used in construction
- Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to follow them diligently
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors
