Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a motivated and professional Sales Representative to join our growing Indianapolis team. This field-based Sales Representative role involves meeting directly with homeowners to inspect interior, exterior, and gutter-related project needs, identify repair or replacement opportunities, and provide customized recommendations based on each customer’s goals. The ideal Sales Representative is confident in communicating with homeowners, comfortable working independently, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the sales process.
As a Sales Representative, you will travel locally to customer appointments, conduct property evaluations, prepare estimates and project recommendations, and guide homeowners through the decision-making process with professionalism and transparency. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, consistent follow-up communication, and the ability to manage multiple appointments while maintaining a high level of organization and customer service. Sales Representatives work closely with internal operations and production teams to help ensure projects are completed successfully and customers remain informed throughout the process.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience working with interiors, exteriors, gutters, construction, or related home improvement services.
Applicants must be comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights, possess a valid driver’s license, and successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills are essential for success in this Sales Representative position.
Candidates should also be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
