Restaurant Crew Member / Chef Job Description
We are looking for energetic and reliable team members to join our restaurant team as Crew Members and Chefs. This role includes food preparation, customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve fresh food according to restaurant standards
- Cook and assemble menu items efficiently
- Provide friendly customer service and handle orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining, and work areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate items
- Food safety knowledge is a plus
