Position Summary:

As a Shift Leader, you are the face of our restaurant and are responsible for ensuring each guest walks away from The Salad Station with a FRESH experience. Job Duties:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a fast-paced environment
- Act as a motivational driver for all team members
- Staffing and training
- Inventory and Labor Management
- Open and/or Close, lead shifts, key holder
- Assist Team Members in following Salad Station Procedures
- Act as a Role Model for your Team
- Be a friendly and encouraging Team Player
Prior experience as a shift leader or supervisor is very helpful to success in this position with the Salad Station.
