We're hiring CDL dump truck drivers to join our growing fleet in the Charlotte area. What We Offer
- Starting Pay: $24 per hour
- Weekly Earnings: Most drivers earn $1,200–$2,000+, depending on workload and productivity
- Your own assigned truck—no sharing or rotating equipment

What You'll Do
- Safely operate a dump truck on construction and hauling projects
- Report to work on time and ready to work each day
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections
- Keep your assigned truck clean and in good operating condition
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
- Complete assigned work safely and efficiently

- Valid CDL

- Ability to work in changing weather conditions
- Dump truck experience required
