Imperium Construction Services is looking for a hands on Working Foreman to lead site laborers, maintain clean and organized commercial jobsites, and perform metal stud framing and drywall work as needed.
Responsibilities
- Direct laborers and assign daily tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
- Coordinate daily work with the Project Superintendent
- Perform commercial metal stud framing and drywall installation as needed
- Read construction drawings and lay out work
- Receive, move, and organize project materials
- Pick up and deliver materials when required
- Confirm assigned work is completed properly and on time
Requirements
- Commercial metal stud framing and drywall experience
- Experience leading laborers on active construction sites
- Ability to read plans and lay out framing and drywall work
- OSHA 30 and valid NYC SST card
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, organized, and willing to work alongside the team

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
