We are seeking Retail Associates to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.
Scheduling Note: Our primary staffing needs are afternoons and evenings, especially toward the end of the week and during events. However, scheduling is flexible, and availability may vary week to week. Responsibilities Communicate effectively and identify customer needs. Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock. Enter and process customer orders Investigate and resolve customer concerns. Assist in planning and running event tournaments under owner supervision
Qualifications Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong rapport-building skills with customers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic math skills. Computer literacy. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to support operations during peak times.
