We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our new manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of manufacturing equipment. T
Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage components, utilizing tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other precision measuring instruments.
- Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, ensuring proper operation of components like cylinders, pumps, and valves.
- Operate and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to support automation processes.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order management and documentation.
- Conduct welding tasks using <LOCATION> welding techniques to repair or fabricate parts as needed.
- Work with HVAC/R systems, including troubleshooting and repairs related to heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration units.
- Use field service equipment such as scissor lifts to access elevated areas safely during maintenance activities.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and system manuals to diagnose issues accurately.
- Support manufacturing operations by ensuring all equipment is functioning efficiently; assist in the installation of new machinery when required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols; participate in safety training sessions regularly.
Skills
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing facility environment.
- Mechanical skills
- Ability to operate field service equipment such as scissor lifts safely.
- Excellent analysis skills for troubleshooting complex mechanical or electrical issues efficiently.
- Background in industrial mechanic work or military experience related to maintenance roles is advantageous.
Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
