Your Day to Day:
- Provide skilled nursing care (medication administration, wound care, vitals)
- Follow personalized care plans in collaboration with Office Team, Families & physicians
- Provide education & emotional support to clients and families
- Keep accurate, timely documentation through our in-home platform
What You’ll Need:
- Current LPN license in Missouri
- Current CPR Certification
- Strong clinical skills & attention to detail
- Empathy, patience, and adaptability
- A heart for patient-centered care
