Overview
We are hiring a Senior Construction Superintendent to lead multiple active job sites, manage foremen and field crews, and drive manpower scheduling and workforce planning across projects.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has proven experience managing multiple projects, crews, and schedules at once.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple job sites and field operations

Supervise and support foremen and crews

Plan and coordinate manpower and labor schedules

Monitor project progress and adjust staffing as needed

Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA)

Coordinate with Project Managers and leadership
Qualifications:

10+ years of construction experience

Experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent

Strong background in manpower planning and crew management

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Knowledge of construction processes and safety standards
Preferred:

OSHA 30 Certification

Experience in commercial construction
