We are seeking a motivated, dependable and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Entry Level Automotive Service Advisor. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repair services. Your enthusiasm, mechanical knowledge, and exceptional communication skills will ensure a positive experience for every client. You will coordinate service appointments, explain repair options, and work closely with technicians to deliver top-quality automotive care. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Prepare accurate auto estimates and service writing documentation to ensure transparency and customer trust
- Upsell additional services or maintenance packages that benefit the customer’s vehicle longevity and safety
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
- Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining excellent customer service throughout the process
- Maintain detailed records of all service interactions, repairs performed, and parts used to support efficient workflow and quality control
Skills
- Some mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics, repair procedures, and vehicle maintenance including oil changes, brake repair, alignments, suspension work, tire services, as well as shocks and struts
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers with varying levels of automotive knowledge
- Will train to utilize automotive estimating tools and service writing duties
- Customer service skills that foster trust and satisfaction while confidently upselling recommended services

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
