Junior Kitchen Designer – Luxury European Kitchens
Location: Dallas, TX
Compensation: $45,000–$85,000+ per year (Base Salary + Performance Bonuses + Commissions)

We are seeking an ambitious, creative, and highly motivated Junior Kitchen Designer to join our Dallas showroom. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about design, architecture, interiors, and luxury products who wants to build a successful career in kitchen design and sales.
No kitchen design experience is required for the right candidate. We provide extensive training, mentoring, and support to help you become a successful designer and sales professional.
What You'll Do
- Assist senior designers and sales consultants with client projects
- Participate in client meetings and showroom presentations
- Create kitchen and cabinetry layouts, floor plans, and design concepts
- Prepare drawings, renderings, and design revisions
- Assist clients with selections of cabinetry, finishes, countertops, appliances, and accessories
- Coordinate with technical designers, project managers, installers, and manufacturers
- Learn luxury European kitchen design principles and product specifications
- Help manage projects from initial consultation through installation
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the design process

Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or coursework in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Construction Management, or a related field
- Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 2020 Design, Winner, or similar programs
- Experience in customer service, luxury retail, design, furniture, real estate, hospitality, or sales
- Knowledge of residential construction or remodeling is a plus

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Some Saturdays required
