The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing support for Financial Advisor(s) (FAs)/ Private Wealth Advisor(s) (PWAs)/ teams, including responsibilities such as phone coverage, calendar management and expense processing. A successful candidate for this role will be a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities
Scheduling travel arrangements in preparation for all on and off-site meetings, conferences, presentations and sales events
Supporting digital marketing and communications by coordinating content and campaign timing, maintaining an integrated events and marketing calendar, and ensuring outreach aligns with broader business development priorities
Maintaining and monitoring expense reports and check requests
Acting as a coordination hub, ensuring leadership is well prepared for meetings, briefing materials are organized in advance, and action items and follow-ups are tracked and completed
B ringing energy and creativity to the client experience by helping lead the planning and execution of client events
Ensuring proper flow of information, pursuing detailed follow-through, as necessary
Involvement in special projects as needed
Performing related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Technical Skills
Proficient use of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Zoom/Teams, and social platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook
Knowledge of database usage
Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to work more efficiently
Requirements
Prior administrative experience in a sales group essential, 3-7years
Financial Services experience preferred
Tech forward and flexible attitude comfortable managing projects and timelines
Highly service-oriented individual with the ability to work well as part of a team
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and ability to take independent initiative for action within areas of responsibility
Polished communicator with a service mindset and a commitment to a high-touch client experience

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $34,320 and $90,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
