Senior/Lead QA Lead
6 Month Contract to Hire
Onsite in Cleveland, OH
$60-65/hr
This role will help with driving AI-enabled, cloud-native automation using Java, C#, Azure, GitHub, and Jenkins X to deliver scalable, high-quality software at speed.
Experience
- 5-7 years IT experience
- 3 year experience in Software Development
- Bachelor's Degree or applicable experience
- Excellent Collaboration
- Expert Communication Skills (proactive communication)
- Ability to work in both a Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid environment
- Excellent Organization skills
Leadership & Vision
- Translate business objectives into a scalable QA and automation strategy
- Drive organizational quality standards, delivery velocity, and engineering excellence
- Mentor and upskill teams in modern automation and AI-enabled practices
- Apply critical thinking to solve complex system and reliability challenges
Cloud-Native Automation
- Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins X/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps and GitHub
- Enable Kubernetes-based, high-velocity delivery pipelines with rapid feedback loops
- Design and manage Azure-based multi-stage pipelines with automated quality gates
- Embed testing and validation into end-to-end DevOps workflows
AI-Driven Engineering
- Develop automation frameworks using Java, Playwright w/Typescript, and C#
- Leverage Generative AI for:
- Intelligent test generation
- Defect prediction and anomaly detection
- Integrate Azure AI services into testing and delivery pipelines
- Advance intelligent, self-optimizing automation ecosystems
- Ability to leverage Rovo/CoPilot/LLMs to assist with generating test cases and writing code
Strategic Value
- Accelerates time-to-market through intelligent automation and CI/CD maturity
- Improves quality, resilience, and scalability of enterprise platforms
- Establishes next-generation QA capabilities aligned to the enterprise roadmap
