We are currently seeking a dependable, compassionate Housekeeper to join our Facilities team. In this role, you'll play an essential part in creating a clean, safe, and inviting environment for our residents, families, guests, and fellow team members. From maintaining resident apartments to caring for our beautiful community spaces, your attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service will help enhance the daily lives of those we serve.
- Clean and maintain resident apartments according to individualized housekeeping plans.

Keep common areas, offices, and community spaces clean, sanitary, and welcoming.

Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks using approved cleaning products and equipment.

Monitor apartments and common areas for maintenance concerns and report issues promptly.

Follow infection prevention and safety procedures, including seasonal cleaning protocols.

Operate housekeeping equipment safely and maintain supplies and cleaning carts.

Build positive relationships with residents while providing courteous and respectful service.

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure our community remains beautiful, safe, and comfortable.
Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required.

One to three years of housekeeping experience preferred, ideally in a retirement community, healthcare facility, hotel, apartment community, school, or similar environment.

Previous experience using commercial cleaning equipment and products is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and established cleaning protocols.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact respectfully with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers.

Ability to prioritize tasks while remaining flexible in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies as required to perform housekeeping duties.
