Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas with precision and consistency, ensuring each meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle food ingredients safely, including proper knife skills for slicing, chopping, and preparing toppings.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver prompt and friendly service to all guests.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking or ordering supplies.
- Support special functions by preparing large quantities of pizza or other menu items as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a pizza maker or in a similar kitchen role within a restaurant or food service environment.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards.
- Background in fine dining or high-volume food industry environments is a plus..
