Provide safe and high-quality bathing and grooming services to customers' pets.

Lead the charge to ensure the groom shop is clean, safe, and welcoming for all customers and groomers.

Participate and contribute to groomer performance management activities with the Store Manager.

New groomer onboarding, orientation, and training.

Management or leadership experience.

3 years of professional Pet Grooming experience (required)

Pet Grooming experience must be highlighted within your resume to be considered for this role

In addition to an hourly rate, Lead Pet Groomers earn an additional $2.00 per hour

Hourly rates are determined by experience and productivity

Earn 30% commission while a Grooming Technician trainee progresses through the Paragon Groomer Training program.

Level 1 - approx. 5 weeks to complete

Level 2 - approx. 10 weeks to complete
