Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Engineer specializing in Geotechnical and Civil engineering to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting geotechnical site investigations, including soil sampling, testing, and analysis to inform foundation and earthwork designs.
- Support the preparation of technical engineering reports, including geotechnical assessments and hydrological studies.
- Contribute to the development of civil design schematics using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, and other CAD software tools.
- Participate in project planning activities such as scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking utilizing project management software.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on stormwater management systems, hydraulics modeling (using SWMM or HEC), and water/wastewater treatment system design.
- Assist in managing permits during the permitting phase by preparing documentation and coordinating with regulatory agencies.
- Support construction management activities including site inspections, quality assurance, safety compliance, and technical reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or related field from an accredited program.
- Strong technical proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit or similar drafting tools.
- Familiarity with geotechnical engineering concepts including soil mechanics and foundation design principles.
- Basic understanding of hydrological modeling (e.g., HEC-RAS or SWMM), stormwater systems, and hydraulics.
- Experience with project scheduling tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera is a plus.
- Knowledge of GIS platforms such as ArcGIS or GIS-based project applications is desirable.
- Ability to generate clear technical reports and communicate complex engineering concepts effectively.
- Prior construction inspection or construction management experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
