What You'll Do

Develop and execute a territory growth plan for home care and medical staffing

Build relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, senior living communities, and physicians

Attend networking and community events to promote BrightStar Care services

Meet with families and prospective clients to understand care needs

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Use CRM tools to track leads, performance, and results
What We're Looking For

2+ years of proven success in sales (healthcare or home care preferred)

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)

Excellent presentation, communication, and closing skills
-
Confident in building relationships and asking for business

Proficient with CRM systems and data analytics

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
