We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Maintenance Director to lead and manage the facilities maintenance operations within a dynamic healthcare district. This pivotal role involves overseeing the maintenance, repair, and safety of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems across multiple hospital facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, extensive technical expertise, and a proactive approach to ensuring optimal facility performance.
- Requirements
- Proven management experience supervising facilities or industrial maintenance teams in a healthcare or similar environment
- Knowledge including HVAC system repair, electrical systems (high/low voltage), plumbing system maintenance and repair
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations and experience implementing safety protocols within facilities management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting, planning, and communication purposes
- Knowledge of CMMS software for work order management and asset tracking
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
- Strong communication skills in English for effective team collaboration and reporting
