Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration services. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC equipment. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of an accredited HVAC training program or equivalent on-the-job experience
- 2–5 years of residential and/or light commercial HVAC experience (adjust as needed)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal preferred
Preferred (Not Required)
- State HVAC license or journeyman card (if applicable in your area)
- NATE certification or equivalent industry certifications
- Bilingual (e.g., English/Spanish)
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including:
- Split systems, heat pumps, gas furnaces, package units
- Basic refrigeration cycle and combustion theory
- Ability to:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment and related controls
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment manuals
- Use gauges, multimeters, combustion analyzers, and other diagnostic tools
- Familiarity with:
- Building and mechanical codes related to HVAC
- Basic electrical and low-voltage controls
- Basic plumbing related to condensate drains and gas piping
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to:
- Lift 50–75 lbs regularly
- Work in confined spaces, attics, rooftops, and crawl spaces
- Climb ladders and work at heights
- Work in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, humidity)
- Willingness to participate in rotating on-call schedule, including evenings and weekends

Pay: $73,150.00 - $111,150.00 per year
