Express Employment in WDM is looking for a hardworking and dependable Forklift Operator/Material Handler to join their growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate a sit-down forklift to safely load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Transport raw materials, finished products, and supplies throughout the facility.
- Prepare orders for shipment by organizing, staging, wrapping, and securing materials.
- Verify incoming and outgoing materials against shipping paperwork and work orders.
- Assist other departments with production tasks and material movement as needed.
- Maintain inventory organization and ensure materials are stored in designated locations.
- Keep work areas, warehouse spaces, and production floors clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
