Wave Dental Specialists is seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to support the continued growth and success of our multi-specialty practice in Dearborn Heights, Michigan.

Specialty dental experience is highly valued, though not required for the right candidate with strong leadership and operational experience.

Oversee and support daily operations across multiple specialty departments

Partner with providers and leadership to ensure operational excellence

Improve systems, workflows, and patient experience initiatives
-
Monitor scheduling efficiency, patient flow, and practice performance
-
Assist with team development, accountability, and employee engagement
-
Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve outcomes
-
Support strategic growth initiatives as the practice continues to expand

Foster a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and exceptional patient care
-
5+ years of dental experience required
-
2+ years of management or leadership experience required

Specialty dental experience preferred

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Ability to navigate a fast-paced, multi-provider environment

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Experience with Open Dental preferred
