We are currently hiring full-time and part-time Direct Care Staff with opportunities for overtime and flexible scheduling.

Schedule & Shift Availability
We offer a variety of shifts based on the needs of the individuals we support:
- Day Shifts
- Evening Shifts
- Overnight Shifts
- Weekends & Holidays
- Variable hours with consistent opportunities for extra time
Key Responsibilities
As a DSP, you will play an essential role in supporting individuals in their daily lives. Duties include:
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene)
- Preparing meals and supporting healthy routines
- Medication administration and documentation
- Transporting individuals to:
- Doctor appointments
- Day programs
- Community and social events
- Maintaining a clean and safe home environment
- Ensuring cleanliness of company vehicles
- Communicating concerns to supervisors and administrative staff as needed
- Complete daily electronic documentation
Qualifications
Applicants must have:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License (or willingness to obtain one)
- A caring, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
No college degree required.
