TST Logistics Inc is expanding our fleet and looking for reliable, safety‑focused Flatbed / Conestoga CDL‑A Drivers to join our team. We’re a small, family‑oriented carrier with a fleet of around 25 trucks, which means we know every driver by name — not by a truck number. Our size allows us to stay flexible, communicate clearly, and understand each driver’s needs, while still offering the freight volume and stability of a larger operation. We value professionalism, consistency, and drivers who take pride in their work.
Position Overview
- Full‑time Flatbed / Conestoga Driver
- OTR
- Steady year‑round freight

Bonuses

Responsibilities
- Safely operate Flatbed or Flatbed Conestoga trailers
- Secure loads properly (strapping, tarping when required)
- Transport freight on assigned routes
- Maintain accurate logs and follow DOT regulations
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
- Perform basic vehicle inspections
Requirements
- 23+ years old
- Valid CDL‑A
- 2+ years of CDL‑A driving experience
- Flatbed or Conestoga experience preferred
- Clean driving record
- Ability to tarp, strap, and secure loads
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug tests
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per week
