As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and dependable Cleaning Technician to join our team.
Position Overview
As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for performing detailed residential and commercial cleaning services, primarily in vacant apartments and homes. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys working independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling and opportunities for additional hours as business demand increases. There is also potential for advancement into full-time and cross-training in other property services as our company grows.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed move-out and deep cleaning services
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces
- Clean appliances, cabinets, baseboards, doors, windows, and fixtures
- Remove trash and prepare properties for new residents
- Maintain company equipment and cleaning supplies
- Report property damage or maintenance concerns
- Travel between job sites throughout the Oklahoma City metro
- Represent Rent Ready Solutions professionally with clients and residents
Qualifications
- Cleaning experience preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right person
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical work throughout the day
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in residential, commercial, apartment, or hotel cleaning
- Experience using professional cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Property turnover experience is a plus

Schedule
- Part-time
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional Saturdays as needed
- Day shift

Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation to travel to job sites throughout the Oklahoma City metro
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to use a smartphone for scheduling, communication, and taking job photos
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Previous residential, commercial, hotel, or apartment cleaning experience
- Experience with move-out or turnover cleaning
- Knowledge of professional cleaning products and equipment
- Customer service experience
- Experience working in property management or maintenance environments
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
