Inside Sales Rep Details:

Direct Hire position

$37,000.00 to $52,000.00 /annually
-
Full Time work available
-
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)

Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and customers.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.

Generate new business while managing an existing customer portfolio.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and delivery.

Stay informed on industry trends to better support customer needs.
Inside Sales Rep Qualifications:

Previous sales or customer service experience.
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities.

Basic computer proficiency and experience with office or sales software.

HVAC or plumbing industry knowledge is preferred but willing to train motivated candidates.
