We are currently looking for a qualified Service Advisor to join the Autosaver Group team.
The Service Advisor creates a quality customer experience, increases service-lane traffic and improves overall service advocacy. They work with active prospects to procure appointments with maintenance-based appointment setting practices, provide information and perform effective follow-up and assist with maintaining existing relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Schedules service department appointments.

Contacts no-shows to reschedule appointments.

Follows up with customers after the appointments.

Monitors customer satisfaction survey results and works with customers to maximize results.

Handles service counter overflow.
QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Must be able to read and comprehend instructions and information

Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations

Professional personal appearance

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
