WRK PILATES STUDIO IS HIRING A GENERAL MANAGER
As we prepare to open our doors in Munster, we’re looking for a proactive, organized, and people-focused leader to help bring the full WRK experience to life.
This is a hands-on leadership role with primary ownership of:
✨ Daily studio operations
✨ Instructor scheduling and coverage
✨ Client concerns and follow-through
✨ Opening and closing standards
✨ Facility execution
✨ Communication with ownership
✨ Proactive operational problem-solving
We’re looking for someone who notices what needs attention, takes ownership without waiting for constant direction, and understands that the smallest details shape the client experience.
The ideal candidate is dependable, solution-focused, highly organized, confident leading a team, and available during key studio hours, including some early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Experience in boutique fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, or service-based management is preferred.
This is an opportunity to help build WRK from the beginning and play an important role in the studio’s daily culture, team, and growth.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
