Line Cook – Hometown Pub & Grub (Serious Cooks Only)
We’re not looking for average. We’re looking for a Line Cook who can step onto a busy line, handle pressure, and execute at a high level every shift.
If you need constant direction or can’t keep up in a fast-paced kitchen, this isn’t the job for you.
What You’ll Be Expected To Do:
- Execute scratch-made menu items with precision and speed
- Plate consistently and clean — every dish, every time
- Hit correct burger temps and protein doneness without second-guessing
- Stay locked in during high-volume service without sacrificing quality
- Own your station — prep, organization, cleanliness, and efficiency
- Work as part of a tight, no-excuses team
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years real line experience (high-volume preferred)
- Strong scratch cooking background — not just reheating and assembling
- Solid understanding of temps, timing, and kitchen flow
- Ability to handle pressure without falling apart or slowing the line
- Flexible schedule (nights/weekends required)
- Reliable transportation — no call-outs, no excuses
