Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Companion to provide personalized support and companionship to a family member in a private home setting. Responsibilities
- Supervise Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support, to ensure safety
- Monitor and observe the patient’s condition, noting any changes or concerns for the family
- Support patient safety through vigilant supervision, patient monitoring, and implementing care plans
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure confidentiality of personal health information at all times
- Provide emotional support and companionship to foster a positive environment for the individual
Qualifications
- Proven experience in home health, senior care, assisted living.
- Knowledge of first aid, CPR certification, and basic patient observation techniques
- Familiarity with dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, memory care, and managing patients with complex needs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow detailed care plans accurately
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
