We're looking for dependable Machine Operators to join a growing food manufacturing team. If you have experience operating packaging or production equipment in a food manufacturing environment and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, we'd love to hear from you!
Schedule
*
1st Shift: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
*
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
*
4-day work week with 3-day weekends!
Responsibilities
*
Safely operate food manufacturing and packaging equipment
*
Meet daily production goals while maintaining product quality
*
Verify product weights and formulas for accuracy
*
Complete production paperwork accurately and on time
*
Follow all GMP, food safety, and company policies
*
Make equipment adjustments as needed to ensure quality standards
*
Report maintenance or food safety concerns immediately
*
Train and assist team members on proper equipment operation
*
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Qualifications
*
Previous experience operating packaging or production equipment in a food manufacturing environment is required
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
