PointBank is searching for a Loan Operations Real Estate Construction Processor to join our team in Pilot Point, Texas.
What You’ll Do
- Process residential and commercial real estate and construction loans
- Coordinate construction draws, inspections and fund disbursements
- Review loan files, closing documents and approvals for accuracy
- Track project budgets, lien waivers, title updates and insurance
- Prepare renewals, extensions, modifications, payoffs and lien releases
- Perform escrow analysis and processing tax and insurance payments
- Monitor collateral, documentation exceptions and delinquent property taxes
- Work with loan officers, borrowers, contractors, inspectors and third parties
- Support regulatory compliance and maintaining accurate loan records
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to juggle multiple priorities
- Banking or loan processing experience a plus!
