Position Type: Part-time
Pay Range starts at $13 per hour (or more depending on experience)

What You’ll Do:

Build meaningful relationships with teens while supervising and ensuring the center runs smoothly.

Lead activities based on teen interests, encouraging positive engagement and participation.

Collaborate with the Program Director and Coordinator to plan exciting events.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that reflects the YMCA’s core values.
What You’ll Bring:

Minimum Age: 18

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

A friendly, enthusiastic attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Conflict resolution skills and the ability to model professionalism.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Required Certifications:

New Hire Orientation before your first shift.
-
CPR/First Aid/AED certification within 30 days.
