Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services
- Care for floors through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to preserve their appearance and longevity
- Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when stock levels are low
- Follow safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation standards, and carpet cleaning methods
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, standing for extended periods, and reaching high surfaces
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work consistently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic familiarity with laundry procedures and equipment operation
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping management is a plus
- Must have own transportation
