Mattingly-Ford Title Services, LLC is looking for a new Business Development Representative to work with our sales team! We are a family-oriented regional title company that is very serious about providing a good closing experience to every client.
As a Business Development Representative on our sales team, you will be expected to grow our footprint in the Cincinnati region. This can be accomplished by expanding our current client base while also finding new lenders and realtors to add to our family.
We are eager to find candidates who possess a good attitude and strong work ethic. Below are some additional skills we hope to find in candidates:
1. Being able to communicate effectively
2. B2B sales or face to face sales experience
3. Being able to cold call or cold knock
4. The skill and perseverance to generate new leads
5. General problem-solving skills
Please note that the salary for this position typically ranges from $35,000 - $45,000 with being paid commission on top of that. More information about our commission structure to be provided upon interview.
