Position Summary:

- Assist with inventory awareness and product availability as needed
- Participate in training opportunities to continue professional development and industry knowledge growth
Qualifications:
- Agriculture history, farming experience, or agricultural industry knowledge preferred
- Understanding of farm operations and agricultural practices preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
