Key Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license issued by the IDFPR
- Prior experience in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy, especially with early childhood populations, is preferred
- Strong assessment, program planning, and communication abilities

- The ability to build rapport with children, families, and educators
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and direct therapy for early childhood students
- Design and implement individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and families to support student goals
- Provide clear documentation of assessments, progress, and outcomes according to school and licensing requirements
- Contribute to meetings, IEPs, and parent conferences as an essential member of the school support team
