Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly technical HubSpot Implementation Specialist to lead complex HubSpot implementation, optimization, and consulting engagements for clients across multiple industries. This role combines strategic consulting, technical HubSpot development, CRM architecture, marketing automation, and client enablement.
The ideal candidate is a HubSpot expert with deep hands-on experience across the HubSpot platform, including CRM configuration, marketing automation, workflows, integrations, reporting, email marketing, data architecture, and operational strategy. This individual will serve as both a trusted client advisor and a technical execution lead, helping clients maximize the value of their HubSpot investment.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Strategy & Client Consulting
- Lead client discovery sessions to understand business goals, operational challenges, sales processes, marketing strategies, and reporting requirements.
- Consult with clients on HubSpot best practices, platform capabilities, process optimization, and scalable CRM architecture.
- Translate business requirements into technical HubSpot solutions and implementation plans.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve lead generation, lifecycle management, customer retention, attribution, and operational efficiency.
- Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor throughout onboarding and ongoing engagements.
HubSpot Implementation & Technical Development
- Configure and implement HubSpot portals, including CRM customization, pipeline architecture, lifecycle stages, custom properties, automation workflows, permissions, and object relationships.
- Design and build advanced marketing automation programs, including email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, segmentation strategies, and behavioral automation.
- Develop and manage persona segmentation, smart lists, dynamic content, and contact database organization.
- Support and maintain integrations between HubSpot and third-party systems, including CRMs, sales tools, customer success platforms, and external applications.
- Collaborate on API-based integrations, custom solutions, and technical troubleshooting when needed.
- Ensure data integrity, data hygiene, governance, deduplication, and ongoing CRM optimization.
Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution
- Build and execute email marketing campaigns, including creative setup, automation logic, testing, QA, deployment, and reporting.
- Manage lead scoring models, lifecycle stage automation, contact nurturing strategies, and conversion optimization initiatives.
- Plan and execute A/B testing strategies to improve engagement, conversion rates, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Proactively research and implement evolving HubSpot features, AI capabilities, automation tools, and industry best practices.
Reporting, Analytics & Optimization
- Define KPIs and success metrics aligned to client business goals.
- Build dashboards, attribution reports, and performance reporting frameworks within HubSpot.
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Present insights, reporting, and strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients.
Qualifications
- Expert-level knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub.
- Proven experience implementing and optimizing HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, marketing automation strategy, lead management, and revenue operations.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, data mapping, and system interoperability.
- Advanced knowledge of email marketing, segmentation strategies, workflow automation, and reporting.
- Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client presentation skills.
- Experience managing multiple client projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- HubSpot certifications strongly preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in a HubSpot Solutions Partner agency environment.
- Familiarity with RevOps strategy and sales process optimization.
- Experience with custom coded workflows, HubSpot CMS, or development projects.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Zapier, Make, or other integration platforms.
- Understanding of attribution modeling, funnel analytics, and revenue reporting.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
