Payroll Human Resources

Responsibilities:
Process payroll for all employees, including bi-weekly and annual bonus payments
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee hours, time-off requests, and leave balances
Administer benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) and other retirement plans
Monitor and address any discrepancies or issues with payroll and benefits in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with management and other HR professionals to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
1-2+ years of experience in payroll and human resources administration
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
