Barsoum Dental is looking for a warm, welcoming, and patient-focused professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong dental knowledge with exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities
- Greet patients and check them in for appointments
- Answer phones and schedule/confirm appointments
- Keep accurate notes and update patient charts, health history, and medical clearances
- Check in lab cases and confirm all cases are on hand for the next day
- Scan paperwork and maintain organized records
- Ensure the waiting area, beverage bar, and restrooms are tidy and stocked
- Manage lobby music and TV for a welcoming atmosphere
- Present accurate treatment plans reflecting insurance benefits
- Go above and beyond to make patients feel cared for and remembered
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience treatment planning general dentistry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Hospitable, social, and genuinely enjoys making others feel at home
- Friendly, attentive, and great at remembering personal details
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
