Job context:
The main focus for this job position is overseeing daily shop operations, managing staff, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and delivering excellent customer service. This role ensures jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards while maintaining a productive and organized work environment. Along with backing up productions this person will also be expected to help back up sales.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the workflow
- Read blueprints or work order specifications to give techs clarity
- Customer Assistance
- Manage the sales team
- Constantly pushing the team to achieve new goals
- Easily handling a variety of tasks in a fast - paced environment
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation
- High attention to detail
- Can produce in a timely manner
- Has managed a team before
- Has hit team-oriented goals before
- Have an "executing" mindset
- Tech-savvy - you will need to be able to use specific programs
- Some automotive background helps
- Great communication skills

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
