Position Overview
We are seeking a Certified Medical Cannabis Consultant (CMCC), who is certified in the state of Minnesota, to play a critical role in patient care and compliance within our medical
dispensary. This role blends patient-centered guidance, ensuring safe, responsible, and informed cannabis use. We are seeking enthusiastic, passionate CMCCs who want to provide exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered guidance while advocating for the patients’ best interest
and aligning medical needs and wellness goals
- Demonstrate proper use and administration for patients, parents, guardians,
caregivers and spouses
- Operate safely and within scope with Minnesota cannabis laws, pharmacy
regulations, and internal SOPs
- Discuss risks and benefits for patients, parents, guardians, caregivers and spouses
- Collaborate with dispensary leadership to maintain a high standard of care and
professionalism
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of cannabis products
- Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality and HIPAA standards
Qualifications
- Active Minnesota-based CMCC Certificate holder in good standing
- Strong interest in being a team player in a patient-care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to thrive in a regulated, fast-evolving industry
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays
