Alliance Building Services, a full-service building maintenance company, is seeking a Night Floating Janitor for our Seattle/Bellevue locations. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional maintenance experiences for our customers and their facility users. As a Night Floating Janitor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our clients' premises. This role requires the candidate to have flexibility, as you will have a different work assignment/building location daily. This position is perfect for individuals who have experience working independently or as part of a team. We offer multiple schedules and competitive pay rates.

Perform comprehensive indoor cleaning tasks

Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms frequently

Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors

Dust and polish surfaces

Empty trash receptacles

Interact professionally with customers and team members

1 year of previous janitorial/cleaning experience is required

Must have flexibility, as you will regularly be working at different building locations in the area.

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

Comfortable using a backpack vacuum for extended periods

Must be 18 years or older

Pay ranges from $22.76 to $22.76 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and overtime.
